Roaches and no breakfast and my business itchy

The room smelled like cigarettes and the water that came out the faucet for the hot tub was brown. We allowed the water to run for a good 15 minutes and it was still brown. So we didnt get to use the hot tub....thr whole reason i paid almost $200 for the room for the night was because it had a hot tub. I told management and his response was,"i dont know anything about that and theres nothing i can do about it."

I stayed there 2 nights i left and came back the same day was gave the same too and my things from the last night was still in the trash no new towels anything just had the bed made up

Thin towels with stains. Bathroom floor buckled from water damage.

ONLY COFFEE, SHEETS WERE STAINED, FLOORS NEED MOPING, NO WASH RAGS FOR SHOWER, COULD SEE AROUND DOOR BECAUSE OF GAPS. STAFF NO FRIENDLY AT ALL!
