"Very disappointed and will not be back."

It was a good location

The rooms need a deep cleaning. The mattress needs to be replaced. I felt the springs while laying on the mattress. The rooms are very outdated. It wasn’t nasty but wasn’t clean either. The worst part was the smell. I had to rewash everything we took. The smell was horrible.

Very close to my work area

The first room I got as soon as I walked in I saw dead bugs all over the floor , the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and did not work so I got a different room and when I walked in dead bugs in the floor

The location was good. It was close to everything we needed

Half my lights didn't work, my bath tubs were not cleaned, and my toilet was stopped up. When I went to the desk to address my concerns they told me they had no housekeepers and no maintenance that they would send someone to check the lights and fix the toilet after check out the next morning and they gave me a spray bottle of cleaner and told me to clean the bathtubs myself if I wanted them cleaned because they didn't have any rooms to move me into.
