I checked in late, requesting a non-smoking room. The manager assured me that he had a 'nice' room for me. The first thing I noticed when opening the door was the stale smell of cigarettes, but I was exhausted and did not want to fight or change rooms. Later, shortly after midnight I went in the bathroom to take a shower and found a broken shower handle and the water would not come at all. The tub was stained and dirty. The floor was also dirty. I couldn't take a bath, so I just went to bed. The next morning I turned on the television, only to discover it did not work. I left as soon as possible. I called management later and all she seemed to care about the broken TV. I told her the manager should have known the shower/bath did not work and the dirty condition of the room. I won't stay at a Super8 again.

Location was good, and flower gardens were stunning! I even took video of swarms of butterflies and shared it with friends.

The shower in room 106 doesn't work right, needs plumbing replaced. Visible dirt on the woodwork and floor. The television turns itself off after about two hours. If you turn it back on, in about two hours, it will shut off again. The wall sconce next to the door flickers with any slight vibration. Even if the next door neighbor opens and closes their door. Something is shorting out? Needs work.

The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking room. Bathroom, towels and shower were dirty.

Clean and nice

I originally had a reservation at the Quality Inn across the bridge.. When I arrived I was treated like dirt and talked down to by the Mgr..Which he kept pointing at the sign that had his name on it.. They tried to increase my price which I had verified the night before with the night mgr When i called him out on it he got Very Upset.. ..So I came to the Super 8 and I couldn't be happier.. The front desk gentleman was amazing.. The room was clean and the price was great BTW I travel extensively. So I know good service when I see it. So DON'T stay at the Quality Inn in Lavonia GA.. Go Super 8 All the way

The pool was covered and unusable, was not able to park anywhere near room, no breakfast service (vending machines only) kinda sketchy bathroom

Will stay again, I was in town for work
