"Overall the hotel is beautiful, clean, with great staff, and enjoyable."

The design of the tub could be better. The bottom of the bathtub was concave shaped making it hard for my mother to balance. She ended up falling upon trying to step out, no injuries thank goodness. Just a heads up to other customers.
