Property was nice not a lot of restaurant choices for being a resort and the spa didn’t schedule my wife’s appointment when she called they said they did but when she got there they had no record of appointment

This isn't my first time staying here. I’ve visited before with my family because I love the lake and have good memories. This time, I made a last-minute reservation to spend some quiet time alone after going through a difficult experience. The hotel seems to be in a similar condition as before, but I was disappointed to find that the walking paths for solo strolls weren’t properly maintained. Most of all, I was frustrated by a billing error in which I was charged twice for an unexpected fee, and even after calling, the issue wasn’t properly resolved.

We recently hosted a work "Summer Social" here and had an amazing time! Some of the team came in from out of town and had overnight accommodations. The Lodge is comfortable and has amazing views of Lake Lanier. There are two restaurants which both have excellent food. The pool is open late so lots of people enjoyed a sunset/night swim after the temps cooled off. There are tons of things to do in and around the Lodge. Yard games surround the pool deck. There was a free concert the night we stayed at their outdoor area overlooking the lake. The teambuilding event we setup was at their indoor game room called Game Changer. We had a delicious lunch catered with private seating area for us while we enjoyed axe throwing, duckpin bowling, virtual games and an escape room. They had live music at this venue that evening too. The staff at Game Changer and The Lodge were all amazing. Milagros made sure our lunch at game changer was perfect. Chris P and Chak at Bullfrogs kept our drinks full and snacks ready. Parag oversaw all of it and I will a job well done because my entire team had a blast. Thank you! We will definitely be back and I heard others on our team making plans to come back too.

The staff was friendly and the service was good. We checked in for a night and to spend the day at the pool. The pool was very dirty. Maybe the filter wasn't working? Garbage, bugs, leaves, hair floating in the pool. Kids floating eating ice cream.

Restaurant on property was a disaster. I understand they are short staffed for the holiday weekend but it was an overall terrible experience. The room was just OK. The property was very noisy.

Front desk was very nice and helpful

It was beautiful, set on the lake with many activities to do. Room was clean and view from room was amazing. Had daily cleaning of room which was nice coming back to everyday.

My review is about the service given by employee Garrett who works with the valet service and his manager also. Our business event was at the wedding venue ALL THE WAY DOWN THE HILL FROM THE HOTEL! My husband and I are seniors with hip issues and happily we were offered by the manager ( sorry did not get his name -tall guy in a red shirt) a ride with Garrett in a golf cart.Oh it was also very very hot out also….. we were given a ride to the event and told to “just Call for a ride back up” Well.. we called and so very sweetly given a ride right back to our car in the handicap space. Compliments to the wonderful serve of these two employees. The location was lovely and I feel weddings there would be beautiful , the food service folks were also just great…. Attentive and offering service very timely and politely.

Everything about this property is beautiful! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. This is my second time here the pool, workout, trails and water views all are amazing. The rooms and clean and comfortable. Beds are amazing!!
