"Location was central to our stay"

Had to pay $35.00 a day to park in the lot!! If they offered a complimentary breakfast it would have offset the large fee for parking. Not good!

Great location. It’s worth upgrading to a ground floor room on the water- has a door out onto a really nice yard with a fire pit, hammocks and chairs right on the marina- very pretty

"Just so bad."

Location and that is it. You clearly pay for the location.

No water preasure whatsoever. Second hand furniture. Paint drops on wall in the bathroom from an attempt to repaint the door. It is you typical beach motel at Four season $$. Absolutely not reccomended. Obviously my bad for booking at this place.

The location

Way too expensive for an old fashion hotel. After paying top dollar for the room, you charged $35.00 to park our car. No amenities. No charging ports for electronic devices. Not even a cup of coffee in the lobby.

Location good. Room quiet usually.

Food no better than fair and expensive. Room had chipping paint. When looking for assist from front desk late in evening no one available in the area. Could hear yelling from next room.
