"It’s an ok hotel convenient for when I come to Lincoln, it does need some tlc and the management staff need to look more"

"the staff made all the difference and are your best asset ."

the main good point was the staff all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and hot,

we were in the older part of the hotel at the start ,but had a loud family next door , so we asked to move rooms, staff were very helpful and moved us straight away. the décor is great to look at but is in need of being maintained .

The two guys on reception were helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Waitress didnt tell us about tea and coffee we had to ask and she didn’t seem very happy
