The room was quiet and dark and the bed was comfortable. However, I don’t think this room had been used in a while. There were a few bugs, dust, cobwebs, and hairs in the bathroom. The heat & air worked well and the air circulating seemed clean.

Very comfortable bed. Location was great

Definitely not what I expected from a Best Western or for the price. Breakfast was supposed to be scrambled eggs and sausage, according to their sign, so I was excited to get a hot meal that was gluten free, but it was a breakfast sandwich instead, so I was only able to get a banana and a yogurt. That would have been fine, because that's what I expected just a cheap hotel, but I specifically paid more after looking at the pictures and reading reviews that there were going to be hot breakfast options, so it was super disappointing. Carpet in room was dirty, hair on bathroom floor and wrappers under sink, frig wasn't very cold, and the bedroom door hit the ceiling light every time you opened it.

Best Western of Batesville is the best facility i have stayed in for the last couple of years. They have the best staff always inviting and comforting. I would recommend anyone to this location they would not be disappointed.
