Booked a "king suite" on the first floor. Room was infested with ants and there was mold/mildew in the carpet along the outside wall. Room was dusty and damp - furniture, fixtures, etc were all very worn and dated. After complaining about the room, I was moved to a regular room on the second floor that was much better. Clean, furnishings were still cheap but in better shape - reasonable for the nightly rate. The difference was night and day. Had that been my initial experience, I would say BW is a good value hotel. But since they lack consistency from room to room, I'm hesitant to recommend them because your experience may differ drastically depending what room you get. I will say that the staff was very helpful and courteous when I asked to be moved. They adjusted my rate and comp'd me for the first night - which was a reasonable resolution. If you choose this hotel, be sure to ask for a second floor room. Other notes: Wifi is on the slower side at 5-15 Mbs Included breakfast is okay for a value hotel. There's a scooter coffee next door. The location next to Krogers is convenient.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times while traveling- this time our room smelled like urine! The quality of the hotel seems to have gone downhill. It may have been our last stay

"New toilet"

the room was real nice but not the bathroom. Shower door would not stay close during the shower and the toilet was for a little kid. They need to put in the regular size toiled in the rooms.
