Worst experience I ever had!!!!! They didn’t have our room that we booked, they only gave us another room complimentary for one night and then they took all of our belongings and put them in trash bags with out communicating anything!

Room was not clean. Trash under the sink and dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Elevator sounded and jarred like it was going to break any minute. Jacuzzi had been down for some time but no mention of it on their website or when you came in. There should be some kinda discount when all the amenities are not functioning. After all you're paying for it.

"Musty and Cramped."

The room was clean but very humid and musty. It smelled strange. The space is cramped like they tried to put too much furniture in it. The bed was comfortable enough but the overall space in general isn’t. It’s cramped, heap, and not a place I wanted to spend time in. It did the job for 1 night but it wasn’t worth the cost.

"Exceptional"

I enjoyed my stay. There were some noisy kids and the staff was exceptionally helpful with this. Love the kitchen in the rooms and room was very clean. I’ve already booked my next trip to stay here again.

"Just okay, not very clean "

There was a spider in my room and stained pillow cases. Room was not that clean. I only stayed one night so it was okay but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer

Mattresses that caved in, outdated place, hotel keys to our room had to be reactivated 5x or daily 2-3x. Worst hotel.
