Residence Inn by Marriott Peoria

The room was fairly clean, however the window didn’t close all the way and there was a draft and it was freezing all night. Also, the pull out couch was so uncomfortable. It felt like the mattress came in the mail vacuum sealed, and never popped up again. The springs were painful and rough. I found someone else’s belongings under the bed, which makes me think they don’t clean it very well. Breakfast was provided, but they quickly ran out of things and the lady worker was very sassy with guests and seemed to blame shift every problem. The manager was bossy and rude, and lacked basic kindness. We traveled from out of town, and it was very obvious that people are not nearly as kind here as they are down south. Overall, probably we wouldn’t stay here again. But we were glad for the amenities, breakfast, hot tub, shallow pool for the kids, it wasn’t terrible.

This place deserves 10 stars. Staff was phenomenal. The place was so clean, and our room was immaculate! Breakfast was great, and pool/hot tub were so clean.

I didn’t know I had to put a $250 deposit being that I live around locally.That should be disclosed through you guys in site of this situation,And the room had a huge stain on the floor soon as we walk in as well multiple stains on couch and there was a mildew book bag in the closet.And as I was checking out I heard a maid speaking on me and my kids stay of the room.Yes we had quite a bit of trash but we put it in bags and had it stacked nice as possible being they don’t provide that big of a trash can.And the hot tub didn’t work properly and is stained brown so does look dirty

Friendly staff

Body wash was empty in the shower. Cards kept deactivating and we couldn’t get in the side door.

I made a genuine mistake of booking this room. I thought I was booking a room in Peoria, AZ not PEORIA ILLINOIS, and these folks cannot refund my money. This is B.S.

Absolutely Everything We All Enjoyed Our stay there& Everything about it the Staff were all Wonderful,Breakfast each morning was Great,Pool&Hot Tub were Great&The room itself exceeded Our expectations. We Definitely Will return& recommend it to Family& Friends.

We Enjoyed Everything

Staff was very friendly, the room was quiet, the room had a pleasant smell and comfortable furniture. Bonus toiletries and cleaning products. I felt safe.

There were no cups or mugs in the room for coffee. I improvised with a measuring cup.

Our stay at Residence Inn was following a long day on the road and we were in need of a place to relax and recharge for the next day of our journey. The greeting when we got there was super. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Jorge made us feel right at home, offered a couple of options for dining and went out of his way to make us feel special. Because of that we will always try to find a Marriott property as our first choice when traveling.

The area is property is hard to get to. One adjacent property is not very nice. This property is aged and has poor ventilation in hallways so it smells musty.

All i will say. gm is unorganized, and unreliable. she needs to do better. The place is beautiful but it's clear she is a hotness. Zero stars. I've had better service from managers at McDonald's I would have expected much better from a marriot property
