Hotel Westport Kansas City, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

El hotel es limpio y comfortable. La cama es cómoda, y el wifi funcionaba bien. Buen tamaño de habitación y presión de agua en la ducha. Hotel silencioso y bueno para descansar, con un lugar en recepción para comprar comida y bebida abierto 24/7. Barrio tranquilo, pero alejado del downtown.

El ascensor era lento. La ducha estaba un poco baja y tuve que bañarme agachado. El frigobar de la habitación hacía mucho ruido, teníamos que desenchufarlo por las noches. Mala iluminación en la habitación. Barrio tranquilo, pero alejado del downtown.

Shamika was amazing with helping over the phone before we even got to the hotel, we had a concert later in the day and weren’t going to be able to make the check in, instead of putting our stuff in the random office room, we got a room then and there with no additional fees! Thank you for making our first experience traveling so easy Shamika & Megan!

The staff were friendly, and the room for the most part was clean.

We were disappointed with the maintenance issues, cleanliness, excessive noise, and overall lack of comfort for the price we paid.

The front desk folks were so nice! They'd had a power outage and there was a lot of confusion about reservations, but the man (Deen, I think?) was so kind in spite of the stress He was cool under pressure and really made us feel welcome. In fact, the whole staff was equally as kind and helpful all weekend

Everything really was great!

This hotel is always very clean and beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The steam from my shower set off the alarm in our room because the detector was right outside the bathroom door.

Comfortable bed and room. Shamica at check-in was super helpful. John, who worked the late night shift was very friendly. I appreciated having utensils, plates and napkins at the community microwave.
