"Good"

Booked off of Expedia and was put in a king size room when we wanted two beds. We were then switched to another room, this time there was a plugged toilet. Finally we went to the third room and the bathroom did not have bath towels and the faucet fell off the sink.

"Chappell in the house"

We were there for the Chappell Roan concert. Didn't spend much time at the Hotel. It was clean and ready when we arrived early. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was superb. Was super close to the venue.

In KC for a long stay, and felt right at home with the great staff at the hotel. Wonderful attentive management, and you absolutely have to try Kevin's french toast! It's a true masterpiece.

The workers were very kind and considerate. Hotel room was nice and clean. Felt safe at the property. The parking was OK.

I never could find the gym. I was expecting the restaurant to be more like a restaurant than a bar. also, the parking lot was easy to get into until later in the evening when the restaurant bar flea market next to the hotel started to fill up and when I got back from the concert, we were at it was more difficult to find a parking spot close to the building.
