Everything went well. A very friendly welcome. Very co-operative, we could check in early as soon as the room was available. Breakfast was really good and very comprehensive. The room was superbly clean and comfortable, all facilities worked. Location was perfect.

"Não me hospedaria novamente"

Localização ótima, café da manhã bom e alguns funcionários educados, mas não todos.

A porta de acesso à varando estava com a tranca quebrada. Pedimos pra arrumarem3 dias seguidos e só no 4° dia ajeitaram. O rapaz da manutenção é muito bom profissional. No segundo dia, mesmo sem ter colocado placa autorizando/pedindolimpeza, entraram no quarto dos meus sogros, abriram sua bolsa, pegaram sua carteira e retiraram R$100 dela. Temos certeza disso. Até um saco de jujuba levaram. Avisamos imediatamente à recepção. Nos deram algumas satisfações e ficou por isso. Pensei em deixarmos o hotel imediatamente, mas o transtorno pra mudar o local de saída dos passeios com a agência seria grande. A solução foi ficarmos 5 dias hospedados e termos pedido limpeza um único dia, por medo de mexerem em algo mais.
