O atendimento da recepção foi sensacional. Francisco nos ajudou em TODAS as nossas demandas de forma favorável. Ele foi super atencioso, educado e muito prestativo.

O fato de ser duas camas de solteiro juntas e não 01 de casal e o fato de não ter kit para fazer café no quarto.

Nada...muita sujeira, tudo velho, o café da manhã com poucas mesas e uma infinidade de pessoas de pé

Maçaneta da porta quebrada, tinha que empurrar, puxar e empurrar novamente (segundo o atendente), café da manhã fraco, poucas mesas..resultado, pessoas em pé em um salão apertado. Estava tudo tão ruim que reservei para 4 dias, com 2 paguei outro hotel e fui embora (Mercure Boutique - vale a pena)

O atendimento dos funcionários é digno de elogios. Extremamente atenciosos e solícitos. Excelente localização. Valeu muito o custo-benefício.

O apartamento (2 camas de solteiro) é minúsculo. A área é um pouco maior do que o necessário para acomodar duas camas de solteiro. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Até o espaço para se servir é apertado. Apesar de tudo isso, acredito que para poucos dias (1 ou 2 dias), vale o custo-benefício.
