La chambre était très grande, avec un canapé et table basse, une kitchenette équipée.

La taille des lits doubles un peu juste.

2 of 4 elevators were not working. Doors closed before everyone could enter.

Nice hotel, clean, worth the money. Big room, kitchen. Comfortable bed, several pillows. Helpful staff- Special Thanks to Doug! Rich breakfast, many different choices in the morning, Italian restaurant in the evening-good food, bar with a rich wine selection Not so nice: Only one servant-A, with a cold and unpleasant attitude Shower-please replace! Only the shower is on the wall, hard to adjust. Either cold or hot water directly on your back, a lot of water is wasted. The windows are thin. Next to the hospital, ambulances drive only with sirens, which is deafening.

일단 위치가 다운타운이라 좋았음 고물가 밴쿠버에서 취사시설 있는것도 좋았음

직원들이 프로페셔널하지않음 부킹닷컴으로 예약을 수십번했는데 이름을 오기입했다고 예약을 못찾음; 예약번호를 보여주려는데 질문대충몇개하더니 못알아듣는게 귀찮다는듯 한국직원한테토스 오로라 밤샘하고 새벽도착해서 컨디션이 별로라 짜증나는 상황인데 한국인 여직원도 설명조차안함 그뒤 매니저가 바로 예약찾아줌 그 두직원은 사과도 안함 진짜 기분 더러웠음 나머지 다른 직원들은 다 친절했음 4월 10일 오전 근무한 두명임

great views from our King Suite. very comfortable bed, Huge TV really liked the fact it had a Kettle and a teapot as well as microwave and coffee maker. Good hot shower, big towels and comfortable dressing gowns Decent size security safe

Could have been useful to have had some tea spoons and basic cutlery in the suite

L'emplacement proche de tout. La chambre confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée (frigo, micro ondes, bouilloire et même cuisinière et four)

Les heures d ouverture du café de l hôtel. Pas de passoire dans la cuisine ou de planche à découper.
