Location , price , staff, free parking and breakfast.

The handle on the toilet was broken when i arrived. I had to reach in the tank and grab the broken rod and chain to flush it. I didnt want to deal with maitaince ect so i just puled the chain the whole time and let them know when i left

Was in Waco to visit Baylor. Staff was dismissive and rude. Didn’t believe I was 18. Spoke in Spanish as if I wasn’t there. I’ve visited Waco before and stayed in other hotels that were way more welcoming.

The breakfast and the comfort of the room.

The staff didn't acknowledge me at check in. Upon me approaching the front desk I had to greet the staff. I was never offered a water or anything being that I am a IHG member
