Staff was super friendly , hotel and pool was a great atmosphere and in a great location .

Few dead bugs in the room and handle for toilet paper was broken in the bathroom .

Within my room, the floors were so dirty, that upon removing my shoes and socks at the foot of the bed and walking directly into the bathroom for a shower, my feet made black foot prints in the tub. Also, the air conditioner did not seem to be dehumidifying the air in the room and everything ( floors, furniture, bedding, towels ) felt damp.
