"Loved Amelia Island! Very disappointed in Hilton Inn"

The bkft was just ok. The location of the hotel was good. I was not happy w/ the coffee, it was extremely weak, like flavored water. I didn't appreciate the dust & lack of cleanliness in our room along w/ the ROACHES which the staff was trying to "fluff off" as an expected but not pleasant occurrence. This is absolutely not acceptable!! The next morning the room got a "deep cleaning" & it resolved the musty odor we had & the roaches seemed to go somewhere else. Speaking to another guest, they also had visitors in their room! There were dust balls on the wall w/ more dust built up against the AC unit & behind the dresser & desk. The staff overall was helpful & friendly. They do need to be more knowledgeable & know what products to use. I would not be staying at the Hampton Inn in Amelia Island again.

Everything is in the above section. To sum it up, the hotel needs a major overhaul and daily cleaning. The roaches are not a welcome surprise.
