Days Inn by Wyndham Memphis at Graceland

This is our new Memphis favorite

Everything was great

Remodeled and comfortable but our room was dirty (there were huge stacks of hair on the floor and in the bed) so we were kindly moved to another room, however, the floor needed to be swept and there was food in the refrigerator. Not a good neighborhood either.

We were there for only 2 hours! The room was clean! There was no landline phone, no satellite tv, and no Wi-Fi. The male counter person could not do anything and we had to wait for the manager to arrive at work the next morning to discuss cancellation. We booked with another hotel and informed the male counter person that we were leaving and contacting Hotels.com to file a report for cancellation.

We stayed for one night traveling through. Cool locatation being across the street from Graceland basically. I thought the room was very nice. But the building itself is getting old. Room had no phone and wifi did not work. Neat lobby area and clean. Not bad at all for the price.

Piece of crap! Upon arrival, automatic doors had to be opened by the lack luster person working the desk. 3rd floor room, no elevator! My 86 year old mother had to navigate the stairs. The person who checked us in could not even tell us exactly where are rooms were at. Stay away at all cost!

The linens on both queen size beds in rooms 110 and 122 were dirty with brown spots. The towels in the bathrooms were disgraceful. The staff person did not know what he was doing. I suppose he was trying his best. Not mean at all .The breakfast just some muffins and a weak coffee.
