Close to the city, the hotel and the rooms were very well decorated, and the place is clean for my family of six. The staff was good and helpful even though we have some misunderstanding..

The only thing I do not like is the cubicle Lighting, because the light was sensor, they keep on and off, which made me feel very irritated

某些櫃台人員服務態度冷淡無禮，房間設施老舊且燈光昏暗，房間位置離電梯要走很遠，衛浴設備簡陋，尤其是抽風機設計很怪，你必須要坐在馬桶上才有抽風功能，如果你在淋浴我也不懂，是誰要坐在馬桶上抽風。衛生也需要加強，棉被有許多塵螨，睡起來腳過敏，不知道是不是被蟲咬讓我非常癢。另外水一天也只有一瓶，要再跟她索取多一瓶，卻要花兩百日圓，外面2公升的水也不用那麼貴，飯店也無飲水機。第一次讓我在日本旅遊感受非常糟糕。

Juste la musique du lounge qui est toujours la même ce n'est pas très agréable. Aussi l'offre sucrée du lounge est toujours la même contrairement aux salées
