Not a good experience. I was told was going to get a mini fridge and never got it. They were vacuuming the room next to me for 2 hours. And I didn’t have water service from 8pm till 3am. Very bad experience

Good area for the centro, and San Marcos plaza. Close and safe. Clean and friendly. Some even speak English that helps with any translation issues and understanding. Be patient with everyone but very good place. Never passed one worker without them saying hello, or do I need anything. Very hospitable.
