The hotel check-in process was amazing and Rosalida was so helpful and treated us like we were VIP even though we weren’t. She helped us with checking in and then made suggestions for the restaurants in the casino. She also comped us early check in was amazing so we could put everything in the room. The hotel and room were very clean and the view from our room was awesome. The casino was great as well. Big gaming floor and lots of slot choices. Very clean and well kept.

"Casino host for the win!"

This was our third visit to Live from South Carolina in the last 30 days! we absolutely love the Casino and the hotel. On this last trip we met our Casino Host, Mr. Gags he is amazing! Helpful, smart and a good human being! He gave us his cell # and helped us significantly. We will continue to go to live and meeting Gags made it that much sweeter! He has not been there long but needs a raise! The casino is awesome and the Hotel is lovely! Go visit you will not be disappointed.

"Super Nice Hotel"

Beautiful hotel and super nice staff! We needed a nice play to stay when coming to Shreveport for a comedy show this weekend. The rooms are so lovely and large, and the decor is so pretty. I would definitely stay here again! The coffee and dessert shop is great. Highly recommend!
