New Victorian Inn & Suites-Norfolk

Hit the right price point for my budget, liked that there was zero carpet and overall cleanliness made for ease of settling in to rest.

Probably just the room I was in, I didn’t care for the bathroom set up- sink at front entry to room, with shower/bath & toilet separate and around the corner from sink.

Perfect stay with friendly staff and clean facilities. Even has a pool!

Can hear people walking above us but it was in the morning so we were needing to leave anyway

The staff was very nice and the room was great. Very nice Breakfast.

THE MARIJANA! I am very allergic to Marijuana and when we arrived it was so stronger down the hall my eyes were watering. Later that night by our room there were people smoking it in no Smoking rooms and we were right by the back door where people were stepping outside to smoke. That is unexcptable.

The breakfast offered more than the usual variety of foods. Hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties were available as well as the usual waffle mix and variety of cereals. There were also decent muffins and bagels. There were some fruits and a choice of yogurts. The room was in very nice condition everything worked well. There was a table with two chairs so each occupant could sit. The reading lights by the beds were convenient and there were lots of charging ports for equipment.

The beds were mounted on sheet metal supports that made a loud bang when a foot bumped into them. Because those supports were even with the edge of the bed, they were likely to get bumped.
