New Victorian Inn & Suites-Norfolk

The staff were very helpful. Since my husband cannot climb stairs, they moved us into a very nice room on the first floor.

Clean room

Air didn’t work in room but they quickly changed our room. But Music blasting until 2 am. Older and average rooms.

Hotel was easy to get too. Lobby amd rooms were clean. The shower in our room was really low on pressure. Breakfast was good. I would stay here in the future

It was good the gal at the counter was a little rude cause we had a drink in there but didnt see the sign. If we would have seen it then there wouldnt be a problem. Other then that it wss good

The bed pesistols were anoing keep hitting with feet making noise waking up other roommates.

Very clean, comfortable beds and room. Good shower, lots of fresh towels and good pillows!

Would appreciate coffee maker in the room. Also, an elevator would be nice, but not a deal breaker. We kept accidentally kicking the metal bed frame and it makes a noise that’s annoying.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during two weeks of traveling! Very accommodating when we asked to be moved to the first floor as there was no elevator. The clerk got right on it and found us a room while doing this with a smile on her face. Thanks new Victorian inn Norfolk NE
