"Wonderful Berkshire retreat!"

The location was very close to quaint New England towns, including Lenox and Stockbridge. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, affordable, and we were fortunate enough to overlook the majestic Berkshire mountains!

Location was good for my purposes. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

The facility was spartan - small towels, noisy heater. The included breakfast consisted of a banana (good), cold cereal and bagels (useless)

It was very friendly, clean, and had everything we needed. We were upgraded free of charge to a jacuzzi room. It had many plugs for our electronics, it had good shampoo and hair conditioner along with body lotion in the bathroom. All in all it was a very Nice Place we will be staying there in the future. Highly Recommend.

We honestly don't have any complaints.
