Very comfortable and felt better than home 🏡 😌

Spiders all over the railings 😆 but that is expected when you're surrounded by woods 😊

A bit old but the sheets were clean and the ac worked fine. We got what we expected as a lower cost property in the Berkshires.

The building is run down, needs painting and better stairs to the second floor to wear they are almost dangerous. The air conditioner was load and noisy and very old. the beds were poor and also squeaked when you were on them. The linens were clean but almost worn through. The bathroom was tiny you could barely use it and close the door. Breakfast was poor for variety and rather a meager offering. Hot water never got hot.

It is very run down and old. The dressers are breaking. There is rust in the shower. The air conditioner didn’t work the first night. The outside area near the rooms could be cleaned as well, all sorts of webs and bugs.

Good location. Nice for an evening after a show at Tanglewood.

This place was gross. They allow pets and I paid the price. First if a motel allows pets they should have certain rooms reserved for people with pets. But no peowithout pets have to be in the same room as people with pets it's just wrong. I ended up with flea bites all over me. This is wrong and disqusting. Also the lazy maid threw the sheets on the ground outside in the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Sleep in your car before you consider sleeping here.

Friendly staff, the property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just enough to keep us until lunch time.

The air conditioning unit was loud aside from that everything was good.

Room 209, 2nd floor end room, stairway access only. There were positives--the king bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. On the minus side, the lighting was negligible; the overhead light did not work, the bedside table lamp had a broken switch, so turning on/off meant plugging/unpugging; the window treatment, pulley style vertical panels, didn't work, panels were missing--so unit was dark in daylight. We departed at first light, skipping the "breakfast." This was a late reservation for a Tanglewood concert. Next time, I would pay more and stay in a more comfortable place.
