Holiday Inn Bar Harbor Regency Hotel by IHG

This newly renovated property exceeded expectations. Great location near downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia without the hassles of crowded sidewalks and difficult parking. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Common areas are well maintained and designed. Great breakfast option onsite. Staff engaging and helpful.

Great location, amazing views and clean room! Plus for water bottle station on every floor!

The staff mostly was very friendly. What I primarily didn’t like is when it said the room had a balcony I didn't expect to have to climb out the window and have a view of the parking lot. The property has been recently renovated and for the most part was done nicely. However while they have tried to rebrand and be more upscale there are parts that still say Holiday Inn. For the money I expect little more luxury and a few extras like nice fluffy towels, better quality shampoo/conditioner, actually glasses rather than plastic cups and a bottle of complimentary water.

Ocean view room was excellent with spectacular views.
