"overall decent stay but the elevator took away the pleasant stay"

the best part of the stay would be the breakfast and the extra snacks & drinks that were available for purchase

The elevator was terrible and not safe. At times when getting off it would try to move. It was out of order during a period of time at night and had to use the steps which had no cameras for safety in the stairway. we stayed on level 3 & had to stop at each level on the way down due to the number 1 not being operable. luckily we only stayed 2 days
