"No go for me"

Dirty, old, and damaged. There are stains everywhere all over the sofa. It just feels dark and gross. The staff is polite but ultimately unhelpful. This place is not worth the money they charge.

"As I left I made a note that Hyatt Place would be my first option to look for hotels moving forward!"

"Do not stay here"

Not much of anything

Beds were too small, bathroom was so small you couldn't shut the door to even use the commode, hit your hands on the ceiling taking your shirt off to take a shower, very poor water pressure, charged me another 90 dollars for parking etc,the lady working mornings was very rude,short talking, overall not a place to stay

Hyatt should take their name off the building.

Had to change rooms because the lights in our room stopped working. Facility showing its age. Worn and stained carpets. We found a live roach in our room.

Absolutely great customer service, super prices with super rooms! Great location with nice and quiet and close to Nashville! Kind of in the middle of everything and was perfect!
