Shared reception with another property makes you walk back and forth and can cause confusion and delays

First night was good. 2nd night (Saturday) was not.

Saturday night, there was a Loud Party above our room from 10: pm till 12:30 am. I had to call front desk at 12:15 am to complain. Quieted down about 1/2 hrs after that. Upon check out, the Manager (no apology) says we cannot control the people. No refund for the night.

Friday night was fine.

Saturday was not. Loud party above our room. Lots of hollering, lots of people stomping around. I called front desk @ 12:15 am after 2 1/2 hours of not being able to sleep. Quieted down about 1/2 hour after that. Upon check out, No apologies from the Manager. She said we can't control the people. No refund or discount. Not happy. Will not stay there again.

The property was quite clean and the rooms were nice. I enjoyed the lighting options as well.

The doors were a bit obnoxious (difficult to open/close)

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean

I had a cold shower. In spite of turning the water as far towards hot as possible and letting it run for a long time, the water temperature was still very cold. There were two chairs in the room that were very low. Even the supposedly adjustable desk chair didn't work. I'm a short person and the chairs were too low for me. A taller person would have been extremely uncomfortable in them. The room phone did not work. The people in the room next to me partied until 2am, then all I heard was snoring. Parking was very bad. You couldn't park at your door. Although I didn't need them, I didn't see any handicap parking spaces and there was only one accessible cut in the sidewalk, closer to another motel that shared the same parking lot. I asked where the handicap spots were and the desk clerk vaguely waved to a couple areas, nowhere near the lobby. I selected this motel because breakfast was included. It was, but in the other motel on that lot. When I told the clerk about my cold shower, he informed me that he'd had a warm shower that morning.
