Regency Inn Richmond

When entering the parking lot my first thought was “oh I’ve entered a level of the game that involves “early 90’s European public assistance apartment building”. Then I entered the lobby and I knew I entered “unusual amount of botanical experimentation”. Staff was very reserved at first but at the end of the ten minutes of typing stuff in made a couple friendly quips. Then it was the walk to my room. Were the gutters hanging in a way I’ve NEVER seen gutters? Yes. Were the fire hoses obviously missing! Also… yes. Did the drainage lines look like they were made of McDonald’s straws and toothpaste? You guessed it.. yes. That said the inside of the room was standard cheap hotel fair. Weird stains in the shower and sink? Check! Towels that were too small and too rough? Check! AC unit that couldn’t keep up? Check!! But the bed was super comfortable, plenty of pillows, the room was big, the water was HOT, the water pressure was good, and the price was CHEAP. Was this my best stay? No. Was it worth the price I paid? Yes.

Your staff is horrible and rude

Meagan runs the front desk. She is your go to person when you need something. She is the only one I like dealing with. Very down to earth.

Place was empty but they gave us a room that was half way modeled, when there was rooms that had already been remodeled. Bathroom was dirty floors through the room was dirty. The room we was in was nothing like pictured

I like that most times the rates are great but i didn't like was the internet connection wasn't working.

It wasn’t bad just the smell wasn’t pleasant.

I like the fact that the staff are friendly and welcoming.However, I dislike the smell of the building and location.

Facility is really rin down and in need of major renovation. It is dirty with most things are broken. The only good thing about this place is its locaton, close to many food serving places.
