the location was great for what I had to do. the room was clean and comfortable. front desk receptionist was wonderful very friendly and down to earth

Nothing!

The rooms are terribly dirty. The mirrors have probably never been wiped. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled of cigarettes as if someone had smoked a minute before. We could not use the air conditioning because it was full of dust.

"totally unsatisfactory because the rooms were so nasty and refused to stay"

Our workers could not stay in these rooms because they were not clean in fact I think the health dept needs to check out the beds because of stains and we had to find another place for our workers to stay.

The rooms are always clean, housekeeping comes around daily if you need anything.The front desk staff are always super helpful and very polite. Especially Megan, she's always extremely helpful and polite.
