"No pool time."

We were looking forward to a relaxing evening an night with our grandchildren in the pool ,got there to find out the pool was closed. Has not been opened up for the summer guest, very disappointed we had to find another place to stay. The desk clerk was very under standing. We have started there before an enjoyed our stay. But not this time,we nevee even went into our room .

"Reunion disappointment "

The room was disgusting. We didn't stay. The quilt on the bed had several cigarette burns on it. The sheets on the bed when pulled back were dirty with a stain on them and one of the lamps looked like it had dried blood on the lamp shade. We left and got our money back! Do not stay here.

"Guaranteed reservation results in NO ROOM."

This hotel did not have our reservation when we got there and so we did not have a room for the night. After spending hours trying to rectify this, we ended up bunking up with friends for the night. complete disaster. This was a weekend of celebrating my daughter's graduation and unfortunately we started the weekend off with a sleep deficit. Not happy with one of our first bookings through Hotel.com

Manager cancelled our reservation because we did not check in the first night of a 2 night reservation, although we were charged for it. He cancelled our room without any notice. We did not receive a call, text, or email saying our room was cancelled. Manager was extremely rude, argumentative, condescending and nothing more than a complete jerk. The property, from what we could see, is run down and looks as though the clientele they cater to may be a bit sketchy.

"Ok stay"

Was put down in the lower level by the highway, so there was traffic noise. Light in the dressing area was not in the ceiling, it hung down about 4 inches. But the bed was fairly comfortable. Not much water pressure for a decent shower and NO breakfast served. At all.
