Very helpful and kind staff.

Housekeeping in the room was fair, not great. Heat/ac blew directly on us when in bed or sitting on the couch Service in the dining area was slow. We ordered from the menu and our food was lukewarm at best. No security measures at the back door to the parking area Noisy highway traffic, particularly in the early morning. Very high price for an average property

"Typical Westin - overall nice hotel"

I stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past year for various business meetings. The restaurant in the hotel has great food and the waiters are very friendly . Of course the hotel has the signature Westin scent when you walk in that smells so good. Comfortable beds. I normally like to stay in higher floors but at this hotel the higher the floor the worse the water pressure is for your shower. Love the lavender oil that is left bedside. Parking is a bit strange - you park behind the hotel and go in a door that looks like an employee door. The front of the hotel does not have a parking lot. Overall a solid hotel for a decent price if you need to stay in the area.
