Good room, polite welcoming people on reception.

Better people in the office felt like they were just there to take money

This is a budget inn that from the outside looks drab, but the rooms on the inside have been updated and quite comfortable. Augusta has tons of hotels, and even during a basketball tournament, there were great deals to be had, such as here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is really close to Subway, McDonald's, Cook-Out, Popeye's, Burger King, and Starbucks.

The only negative was they don't have a way, either manually or remotely, to switch TV inputs. So you're stuck with a limited selection of cable channels and can't connect laptop or video game equipment.

Unfortunately. I can not say anything positive about this hotel.

The staff had a bad attitude at check-in. She seemed to be high on something. Our key didn't work the first time. The beds are very uncomfortable. It was very close to the Columbia County Preforming Arts Center. However, there were activities going on in the parking lot that were inappropriate. We chose to take our bags with us whenever we left the room. I would not recommend this hotel.
