el apartamento esta muy bien, responde a las fotografias y en un ubicación ideal para hacer actividades por la zona

como punto negativo, comentar que elegimos checking online, y el sistema de información para conseguir las llaves requiere informar los datos del DNI y foto del DNI anverso y reverso ... de los huespedes en una app. Las fotografias legalmente no son obligatorias. Por tanto los que sean reticentes a facilitar información privada sensible, mejor que seleccionen checking presencial.

El equipament estaba molt bé

El tema del horari (16.00 hores), es molt tard hauria de ser a les 14.00 pet poder dinar. I la sortida es molt aviat. Gairebé no és pot disfrutar del apartament.

Experiència molt decebedora i gens clara des del principi. A l’hora de fer la reserva s’indicava que el pagament es podia fer amb targeta o en efectiu, i fins i tot la targeta ja estava validada prèviament. Tot i això, a última hora ens van obligar a fer el pagament per avançat amb targeta de crèdit perquè, si no, no podíem obtenir els codis d’accés de l’apartament. Això no estava especificat de manera clara en cap moment. El sistema de check-in és un autèntic desastre. L’accés funciona amb uns codis que obren tant la porta principal com la de l’apartament, però aquests codis no es van activar fins l’endemà a les 16:30. A més, com que el viatge era un regal, no disposava encara de les dades completes del meu acompanyant, i tot i haver-ho explicat prèviament, l’endemà vaig haver d’estar assegut al carrer demanant-li el DNI per poder completar el registre i generar finalment els codis d’accés. La situació va ser molt incòmoda i mal gestionada. A més, ens vam trobar altres clients que també es queixaven exactament del mateix problema amb els codis i el procés d’entrada. No tornarem més. Una experiència molt frustrant i molt lluny del que s’esperava.
