Best Western Plus Airport Plaza

Great hotel, friendly, helpful front desk, best breakfast I've seen in a while. Love the 24 hour coffee. I was on east coast time and there wasn't enough coffee in the room for someone who awakens at3 am. Two minor glitches. The entrance is not on the main road, you have to turn down a side road to get to it. Missed it the first time, not a problem after that so very minor. Second glitch was I told the desk I was a poor sleeper, needed a quiet room. Maybe one doesn't exist there but traffic noises, construction noises went on most of the night. Still, I need to return and this will be my go to.

The parking lot was dimly lit and it didn't seem like the safest area. There was only one luggage cart and it was lopsided. When we walked into the room someone left a half drunken yogurt drink on the bathroom counter so Im not sure if the room was cleaned before our stay or if someone came after it was cleaned. The first time one of us used the toilet it flooded and we had to change to a new room (next door) the floor must not have been cleaned recently because our socks were completely filthy. The room was very tiny compared to other Best western plus locations we've stayed in. They must've cleaned up the other room because hours later someone was occupying it because we could hear them talking loudly in their bathroom. When they flushed their toilet ours gurgled and the water went low. The staff seemed friendly but I didn't interact with them much. Overall I wouldn't go back to this location

Convenient close driving proximity to family nearby. Liked having the full, hot breakfast. Friendly staff member, Chris, who worked on the evening shift, had our room all ready for us. Thank you!

Area is beautiful, hotel was nice both on the outside and inside lobby. Room was clean and some would consider small. I found it to be just fine for the night. Only downside I experienced was at check-in. Front desk person checking in was nice but the manager or whoever it was next to him made me and my friend a bit uncomfortable. He stared the whole time and we felt him watching us as we were unloading or luggage & entering the elevator. Area was safe and no issues with the beds or pillows. Plenty of towels for two people staying one night.

The bathroom fan didn't work and with four of us crammed in that hotel room it did not make for a comfortable stay.

Love this place. Safe, affordable, and close to my brother’s house.

Great proximity to SCU and Bill’s Cafe. The staff at the front desk were very professional and easy to work with!

Rooms are small and outdated.
