Staff at front desk was very helpful and they allowed us to do early check in which I truly appreciate as we arrived to the country at 5 am and to the hotel at 0630. Housekeeping personnel were great too. Always greeted us in the hallway.

Air conditioner in the room was not cooling. The room temperature was very warm everyday. One night I called to request a portable fan; the guy who showed up opened up the window to let the warm air out and although he mentioned he reset the A/C, what he did, didn’t make any difference. The room did not get cold and every night it was extremely difficult for all of us to fall asleep. In addition, not sure if this was the reason for the room not to get cold, but the A/C vent where there’s is supposed to be a filter, it looks like there’s a piece of rug used as filter, which I believe it is what’s blocking the cool air. This is on room 122 so please check the A/C vent to see what’s going on with that filter.

Estuvimos muy bien, fácil aparcar en la zona. Personal muy atento y habitación limpia, quizás la habitación para los 4 es un poco pequeña. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Gracias
