Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca

If you want some peace. Pool-Beach days. Enjoy great food verity and beverages. This is differently worth the price. We stayed for 9 days. Half board. Loved it. We came with a rented car. Location gresat for trips. 18 min drive from larnaca city. Highly recommended

As we do every year, we went away for Kataklismos with two other families and decided to try the Radisson Beach Hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. We checked in at 3:00pm and were told that our room was not ready. When we finally gained access to the room, there were only enough towels for two adults despite our booking being for a family. After calling housekeeping, additional towels were eventually delivered. The breakfast was very good, and the morning staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Dora and Phanos, the Head Chef, who both provided excellent service. However, the Garden Room we stayed in was not properly cleaned and was infested with bugs. The biggest issue throughout our stay was housekeeping. On the second day there were no clean towels in the room. I requested towels and was told they would be delivered, but they never arrived. The same thing happened over the following days. Each time we were promised towels, yet nobody came. Having to constantly chase basic necessities during a hotel stay is unacceptable. At checkout, the hotel offered us a late checkout and a €60 discount on our stay. While the gesture was appreciated, it did not adequately compensate for the poor cleanliness standards and the ongoing housekeeping failures. To make matters worse, we were also charged for drinks from two different rooms that clearly were not ours, and this had to be disputed before checkout. I always tip housekeeping staff when I stay at a hotel, but on this occasion I simply could not justify doing so. Sadly, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

Hotel is located in a great location with easy access to both larnaca town or Ayia Napa by local buses. Hotel has easy access to beaches and own private area. We enjoyed daily walks along the coastal path with beautiful views of larnaca bay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and I have had the best nights sleep I have ever had while staying away. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were quiet, and thats even considering that major road works are taking place right outside the hotel. Staff were all attentive, and really helpful. Food was great within the hotel, with excellent options available at breakfast. Hotel had a really relaxed feel to it and would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the sea view was beautiful. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. I especially appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Larnaca and I look forward to staying here again!

We stayed at the Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca with high hopes while celebrating two 40th birthdays, but unfortunately our experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the reception staff did not acknowledge us in any shape, way, or form. No one offered assistance with our luggage, which immediately gave a poor first impression. Following a gracious room upgrade by Anastasia, we genuinely thought we were about to have a fabulous stay. Sadly, that was not the case. Housekeeping repeatedly failed to clean our room despite multiple requests. Towels were not replaced on several occasions, the balcony was never cleaned and was left full of dead flies throughout our stay. These are basic hospitality standards that simply were not met. When we raised our concerns with upper management, they appeared completely uninterested. The only solution offered, four days into our holiday was for us to leave the hotel. This was not an appropriate or realistic solution considering we would have had to find alternative accommodation at short notice, repack all of our belongings, and likely pay significantly higher rates elsewhere. It felt as though this option was more convenient for the staff than for paying guests. We were also repeatedly made to feel uncomfortable during our stay. We are a small group of 40-year-old Asian adults travelling together to celebrate birthdays, yet we were told to keep our Asian music low while it was being played in our room with the balcony door open. Security also approached us to lower our voices when we were simply having a conversation on our balcony. It became increasingly transparent that we were not made to feel welcome. For a reputable Radisson beach resort, the atmosphere lacked the vibrancy and hospitality one would expect. Even the “beach” itself was extremely disappointing — not somewhere you would want to relax during the day, but rather a narrow stretch of dark, wet, mud-like sand. To make matters worse, the hotel failed to clearly disclose the major roadworks taking place around the property, which significantly impacted our daily travel and overall holiday experience. If the hotel has strict policies regarding noise levels or balcony conversations, this should be clearly stated on the website before guests book. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standard we expected from HIGHER Management at a Radisson property.

Worst hotel experience ever — I would give 1 star if I could. I stayed at the Radisson Beach Resort with my husband and a group of friends to celebrate our birthdays — a trip we had been genuinely excited about for weeks. Having previously stayed at multiple Radisson properties around the world, we booked with confidence, expecting a certain level of service, atmosphere, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on every level. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set — and not in a good way. The reception staff were cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. There was no proper greeting, no warmth, and no offer of assistance with luggage. For a hotel that claims to offer a premium experience, the lack of basic hospitality was shocking. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is extremely dull and lifeless. There was no music, no entertainment, and absolutely no energy anywhere on the property. It felt more like a quiet retirement setting than a holiday resort. If you are in your 20s, 30s, or even 40s and looking for a vibrant, enjoyable holiday with friends or your partner — this is not the place. The environment completely killed the celebratory mood of what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. Things quickly escalated from disappointing to uncomfortable. At around 2pm, while getting ready in our room, we had music playing from a small phone speaker with the balcony door open — nothing excessive, nothing out of the ordinary for a holiday setting. Yet security came to our door to complain about the noise. At that point, it already felt unnecessary and overly strict. The following day, our room was not cleaned at all. When we contacted reception to request fresh towels, the experience was honestly unbelievable. The receptionist, Christine, was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful — even stating she didn’t know where to get towels from. This is basic hotel service. We were then left waiting 35–40 minutes just to receive something that should have been readily available. What made the situation worse was the constant feeling of being monitored and targeted. Simply standing on our balcony and having a normal conversation with my husband — while our friends were on the balcony next door — resulted in yet another complaint about us being “too loud.” At that point, it no longer felt like coincidence. It felt like we were being singled out. This created a very uncomfortable and upsetting atmosphere for us. Instead of feeling relaxed and welcome, we felt judged, watched, and completely out of place. Sadly, the way we were treated began to feel discriminatory and, at times, racist. No guests should ever be made to feel like that — especially when they are behaving respectfully and simply trying to enjoy their holiday. We raised these concerns with management, hoping for some level of understanding or resolution. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. Our concerns were dismissed, and we were essentially told, “If you’re not happy, you can leave.” This is absolutely unacceptable from any hotel, let alone one operating under an international brand name. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to improve our experience. The issues didn’t stop there. The beach itself was very disappointing — dark, muddy sand and barely any available loungers, making it difficult to even relax by the sea. Our balcony was full of flies and mosquitoes and was not cleaned until we specifically requested it. General cleanliness across the hotel was also questionable — tables, floors, and common areas often felt dirty or poorly maintained. Housekeeping overall was inconsistent at best. Basic standards were not met, and attention to detail was clearly lacking throughout our stay. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that we chose this hotel based on positive past experiences with the brand. Instead of creating happy memories for our birthdays, this trip left us feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and honestly embarrassed that we recommended this hotel to our friends. In summary: Poor service, rude staff, lack of basic hospitality, uncomfortable atmosphere, and extremely disappointing facilities. If you’re looking for a fun, lively, welcoming holiday — avoid this hotel. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Worst hotel experience ever — would give 0 star if I could. I came here with my husband and friends for our birthdays, and we decided to book the Radisson Beach Resort because we’ve stayed at Radisson hotels around the world before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. Nobody greeted us properly or even offered to help with luggage. The hotel itself felt completely dead — no music, no atmosphere, no entertainment. It honestly feels more suited to much older guests rather than couples or groups wanting to enjoy a fun holiday. While getting ready in our room at 2pm, we played music from a phone speaker with the balcony door open and security came to the door saying it was “too loud.” as other guests complained. The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned, and when we asked reception for fresh towels, the lady at reception Christine was rude and said she didn’t even know where to get them from. We then had to wait around 35–40 minutes just for towels. Even standing on the balcony talking with my husband while our friends were next door resulted in another complaint saying we were “talking too loudly.” At that point, we genuinely felt targeted and unwelcome. Sadly, it started to feel discriminatory and racist because we constantly felt picked on for simply enjoying our birthday holiday respectfully. The management were no help whatsoever. None of our concerns were taken seriously, and their only response was basically, “If you’re unhappy, leave the hotel.” Absolutely disgraceful service from people working in hospitality! The beach was also disappointing — muddy dark sand with very few loungers. Our balcony was full of flies and mosquitoes and wasn’t cleaned until we specifically asked. Housekeeping was average at best, but tables and floors still felt dirty. Overall, this was the WORST holiday experience we’ve ever had, and it honestly made me feel embarrassed for recommending this hotel to our friends. If you’re in your 20s, 30s, or 40s and looking for a fun, lively holiday atmosphere, I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. This place has no vibe at all and made us feel like we were in lockdown rather than on holiday. Management you all need to FIX UP and have better standards as this was absolutely disgraceful.

Has the potential to be one of the greatest hotels in Larnace, but cost-cutting and poor managerial choices makes it average at best. They have construction works being done in the road and the access is terrible - why don't you notify in advance ? why not offer some benefits for the guests as compensation for the hassle. Underground parking is a mess. looks like a storage room and to get to the elevator you need to go through 4 doors and a kitchen - come on..

We stayed here during a business visit to Nicosia and chose the hotel at the end of the journey given its close proximity to the airport and to wind down at the beach. We and enjoyed the calm atmosphere at the beach resort. Great breakfast buffet and spacious standard bedroom with a nice sea view balcony. Reception experience was quite varied, some seemed not very interested. Otherwise overall very good stay.
