At first glance the hotel looks amazing. I stayed here for one week the first week in October. I was given a warm welcome by reception on arrival which was about 2am. My room was on the 2nd floor of the hotel & was a sea view. The room was clean & overall a good size. The bed was amazing, very comfy, sheets & duvet very soft & luxurious. The next day when in daylight I noticed around the shower area outside the bathroom, the floor appeared damaged from what looks like a possible leak or flood from the bathroom. For a 5* hotel I would have thought that this would have been replaced by the hotel as it slightly ruined the appearance of the room. The shower cubicle was walk in & whilst the whole bathroom appeared lovely & a good size, there was what looked like mould growing on the shower panels on the wall. The tiling was also of a poor standard & finish, which was a shame. Again, I didn’t expect this from a 5* hotel. The sea view from the room was worth paying for as it was a wide panoramic view, whereas the rooms on the other side were of the main road. From a distance the pool area was amazing but on closer inspection, the tiles inside the pool all seem to be falling off & at one point I was stepping on tiles floating around the bottom of the pool. Around the stairs of the pool was awful as the tiles on the side wall were nearly non existent. There was a musty smell coming from the water which lingers in my hair for a few days, even after washing. The pool was not heated & was really cold, it seemed ok once in it but after a while I was really shivering. There are lifeguards on duty who also hand out towels but on the 1st day the female attendant was on her phone & just grunted when I asked for a towel, this didn’t get much better for the rest of the week. I felt that most of the staff here do not understand what hospitality is about as none of them smiled & were not very welcoming. I ordered room service on the 1st night but was left disappointed at paying €16 plus extra €5 for delivery which was more expensive than wolt delivery (uber eats equivalent) the sandwich was not presented well & had little to no filling.this put me off eating elsewhere in the hotel for the rest of my holiday. However, breakfast was decent, there was lots said choice & food appeared fresh but a lot of the food in trays was like warm. I did eat at the waves bar once which was actually pretty good, food was hot & fresh. Location was good, bus stop that goes into town was right outside & there are bars & restaurants outside the hotel. I spoke to some other guests who stay in Radisson hotels a lot & they were not happy with their overall stay. All in all the hotel was good but the lack of warmth, hospitality & friendliness plus the issues with decor & lack of repair has led me to not wanting to stay here again. I hope that this can be addressed in the future but for now I will be staying elsewhere when I visits Cyprus.

קיבלנו חדר נגיש, למרות שלא היינו צריכים. המקלחת הייתה חדר גדול ומכוער, המים במקלחת זרמו לכל החדר.

The indoor pool was cold. I chose this hotel as I needed a warm pool, given my mobility condition.

רמת הניקיון בהחלט ניתנת לשיפור. המצעים "לא הריחו" כשקיבלנו את החדר.

Зручне розташування для тихого відпочинку, але зручно добиратися в місто. Приємний та уважний персонал, чисто, хороший басейн на території готелю.
