"התאכזבתי מבוקינג ממש ! לא מראה את המציאות"

הצוות עשה את מה שיכול כדי שנהנה אבל היה הרבה מאוד דברים שהיו טעוני שיפור וחוסר התאמה בין מה שראינו אצלכם באתר לבין מה שהיה בפועל!

היא היה מיושן ולא חדיש ! היה שולחן קטן עם כסא אחד. ספר מיושנת ולא כמו שנראה בתמונות כלל ! המקרר היה סופר חלש, התלוננתי שהוא לא מקרר לי ואמרו לי שהוא מקרר לא עוצמתי, האמנתי עד שלאחר כלילה אני מבינה שכל הדברים שהבאתי מהארץ התקלקלו כי המקרר לא שהוא חלש, הוא פשוט לא עובד!!!! ביקשתי מייד שיתקנו אותו כי יש לי תינוק שצריך את האוכל שלו לא מקולקל והפלא ופלא תקנו ופתאום יש אור במקרר.. יום למחר לילה אחרון שלנו במלון בעלי ייצא לטייל והייתי לבד בחדר אחרי שהייתי במשא הרדמות של הילד שלי בן השבעה חודשים כשסוף סוף נרדם ורציתי להיכנס להתקלח אחרי היום הארוך אני רואה מקקק !!! רץ לי בין הרגליים!! ישר התקשרתי לקבלה כדי שיביאו מישהו שיטפל בנושא אמרו לי שאין מה לעשות כי הוא נכנס מתחת לארון ואי אפשר להזיז את הארון. יש לי בארבע בבוקר נסיעה לשדה והם מציעים לי לעבור חדר כשאני צריכה לקום פקינג עוד ארבע שעות והבן שלי הרגע נרדם ! זה הפתרון שנתנו לי . לא היה לי ברירה אלה לצפות על הארון ולוודא שהמקק לא יוצא עד שבעלי יגיע ויהרוג אותו בנתיים לא יכולה להתקלח ולהנות ממה שהיה אמור להקרות חופשה במלון שאתם מגדירים אותו מצוין!

Very polite and helpful staff, good buffet breakfast, nice location, clean hotel and pools, lovely facilities and daily gifts / samples sent to the room was a nice touch.

Pool towels need an upgrade & TVs to be checked they are in working order before guests check in to room, everything else was perfect!
