Friendly staff, good location and comfy bed

The shower didn't work properly in the morning of departure. It was cold to luke warm and wouldn't get hot

Je ne comprends pas vraiment l’engouement autour de cet hôtel, si ce n’est son emplacement en plein centre-ville. Les chambres n’ont selon les dires de la reception pas de fenêtres. Lorsqu’il y en a, elles sont recouvertes d’un film blanc opaque qui empêche totalement de voir l’extérieur. Impossible de savoir s’il pleut, si le soleil brille ou même simplement de profiter de la lumière naturelle. De plus, les fenêtres ne peuvent pas être ouvertes. La climatisation est extrêmement bruyante. On a réellement l’impression qu’un camion tourne au ralenti dans la chambre, ce qui nuit fortement au confort et au sommeil. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, le service est particulièrement lent : à deux reprises, j’ai dû attendre plus de 20 minutes avant d’être servi. Ce qui est le plus décevant, c’est que ces problèmes ne sont pas nouveaux. J’ai lu des commentaires datant de plus de deux ans signalant exactement les mêmes points, avec à chaque fois des réponses très positives de la direction indiquant que les remarques avaient été prises en compte. Pourtant, deux ans plus tard, rien ne semble avoir changé. Ces réponses paraissent donc davantage diplomatiques que réellement suivies d’actions concrètes. Le seul véritable point positif concerne la propreté des lieux. Un grand bravo à l’équipe d’entretien pour son travail irréprochable.

Pas de fenetre, on est au 2eme mais ressenti comme se retrouver dans une cave sans fenetre avec une clim Extremement bruyante et pour couronner le tout beaucoup trop cher pour une chambre sans fenetre

Ehdottomasti voin suositella hotellia. Hotellin sijainti erittäin hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli oli siisti. Huoneesta oli näkymä sisäpihalle mutta samasta syystä myös ehkä rauhallisempi. Hotelli/huone vastasi kuvausta.

Aamupala hieman yksipuolinen pidempään majoittuessa. Äänieristys ehkä hieman heikko.

Only mirror was in the bathroom. Nothing in the bedroom. Bed was not very comfortable.

Really good location, close to station and downtown.

Water in basin was cold. TV controls were useless.

Well located hotel, small but clean and well kept. A lot of history behind it too.No views from our room but expected as it's wedged between other buildings and I think only 4 floors. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, to order not buffet style. A few minutes walk from Union Station and right by Hockey Hall of Fame,10 min walk to St Lawrence Market with a further 10 to the Distillery District.10 min walk the other way to Eaton Mall. The CN Tower and the aquarium were around 15 minutes away on the other side of the station. All in all, great value and location

Shower a bit small and the bar closed early, although there were other bars a few yards away. Other than that, happy with our choice

Location perfectly situated in the heart of Toronto downtown and close to all transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff. The heritage property was well updated and provided everything for a comfortable stay.

Internet system was impaired, constantly disconnected and dysfunctional, verified by other guests
