"Smelliest room ever"

Location was good , parking ok multi storey,breakfast ok

114 first floor.The absolute stench in the bathroom..pure straight from the sewers, eye wateringly awful it made the bathroom unusable, we had to wedge a chair in the door all night to try and get some clean air in the room windows open all night and the sink tap running all night to try and flush away the smell..Dennis Nilsen would probably be used to it..awful

"It is a good hotel to stay with parking facility, Gym and Restaurant."

Communication from the staff - They made me pay again in spite of me informing them that I had already paid through booking.com I had to make multiple calls to receive the refund.

"Short notice stay as my husband was in the RVI and I needed to stay over."

Staff, cleanliness, sleep quality and location.

Only small issue was the size of the car parking spaces. They seemed tiny and it took me ages to get parked as I was so frightened I would damage my car or the one beside me.
