The staff were really wonderful, helpful and accommodating. We always had lovely experiences with all that we interacted with. The room was lovely, clean and felt very special.

Only negative would be the shower which felt slightly too small but otherwise it was perfect

Rooms are quirky and the building is fascinating. The water pressure in the shower is incredible considering the property size.

The air conditioner is one room kept leaking, we mentioned it and was fixed for one day but then went back to leaking. As it was 38 degrees it was quite uncomfortable. The swimming pool is very small and you have to be quick to get a sunbed. But given the area you couldn’t do any more to maximise space. The pool was a bit dirty though.

The quikyness, the open spaces between areas, the pool, tge piano bar.

Smoking in public areas if hotel, it should be prohibited everywhere, I could have benefited from more storage in the room, the lighting could have been better.
