Great location to everything

Just would of enjoyed if they had hot breakfast.

Quiet

The location is great! Right off the interstate. The bed was comfortable.

We had trouble with our key card and was unable to access our room. The front desk tried providing new cards which did not work. We were given a new room, and new cards, which we were also not able to access. The front desk eventually came up to help us gain access. That did the trick. The room had a smell that we were able to eliminate when we turned on the AC. We went out for dinner and upon returning we entered the bathroom and noticed that the shower had not been cleaned. There was a pile of hair in the drain, leftovers on the soap dish and the doors were crusty. By this point we were to tired to ask for yet another room. I threw off the sheets to assure the bed was clean and everything looked OK and smelled clean. We left early the next morning, without showering.

Breakfast area needs more supervision. A “guest??” Refilling his personal drinking bottles repeatedly while standing in front Of juice dispenser and two mornings in a row left with armloads of prepackaged danishes etc. “ Guest”‘did appear to be on a spectrum of some type but was definitely unsanitary with the drink dispensers:(

Stopped here on my way back north to home. Everything - room, staff, location. exceeded my expectations. Facility was beautifully maintained inside and out. Staff welcomed me upon arrival. Suggestions for places to eat were given. Room was HUGE; loved the layout. Kind of disappointed the dog and I were only staying one night. Bed was super comfy. Very quiet, so falling to and staying asleep was easy. I look forward to staying there again next year when I travel back down south.

lol - breakfast started at 6:30. I had to be back on the road by 6:00.
