Seahaven Beach Hotel Panama City Beach

beachfront, good area, balcony, staff were nice, always gave new towels etc.

dirty floors, bad lighting, no broom to sweep floors, elevator is slow, bugs, loud neighbors, people trying to come into the locked door in the room, no carts to carry things up to our floor.

The location was good.

It was old and run down.. it looked like it was from a 70’s show!!

It was beach front, decent location, we had plenty of room on the patio. I took ground floor..pool was a nice 9’ deep.

For starters, I lost $1,000.00 cash somehow in the room. I had to give them my credit card to put the refundable $100 pet deposit. It is pet friendly but the office called me a couple of times because they barked & got a complaint supposedly..?? . That happened 2/4 nights I stayed. . We didn’t have a very good view of the ocean. We had to go down the stairs or wait forever on elevator just to go down one more level. The 2nd floor was actually the ground floor & had a better view. The hallways were creepy. AND when I got home about 4-5 days later I got a notification from my credit card company. The day we left they charged me another $100. Then 2 days after that they put another $150.00 charge on my card. Then the $100 pet DEPOSIT.. so they took it upon themselves to charge my card $350.00 total!! I called and got them. They tried saying that we put a hole in the wall. It was already there! I wonder how many folks before us they charged like that too. The mgr she said it wasn’t there and why didn’t I come tell them?? I never knew that I had to and I’m 52 years old!!!! She said yes, you were & the charges have already went through. WHAT?!?!

Location and pool was nice.

Toilet was broken and couldn't use it for the first few hours of being there. Room was not cleaned good at all and I was up at 3am killing roaches!
