"Good location on beach, hotel is in need of updating, but that cost money, ain't gonna happen."

Location was Great, right on the beach.

Owners could spend some money to improve the Property. Cleaning staff showed no desire to clean the property. "That's not my job" seemed to be the quote of the day.
