Loved the hotel and its location (across the street from a shopping center).

The fragrance used in the foyer and lobby were overwhelming. I have a breathing problem and the smell was very strong.

The location was great, many stores and food places near by and on and off the highway.

We arrived and unpacked then noticed an old half drank water bottle under the air conditioner, no big deal. Then we noticed fries and other garbage under the bed and around the nightstand. We told the girl at the counter who only offered us another room. She said “the housekeeper brings her kids to work and it must be from them”. Which is fine but check the room after your kids. We went to the other room unpacked again and noticed the soap was unwrapped and used. I went to the counter and was only offered a “full cleaning the next day”. At that point we took it and went with it. At check out I wanted to talk to someone but no manager was available so we just left. I will be contacting the hotel again as we just got home. 2 out of 2 rooms were unsatisfactory.

Property is in need of renovations. Many things not working. Lobby smelled.

My friend and I were going to a concert at Gillette. We originally had a different hotel, but we found out on the way down that hotel had a roach infestation….. So I was able to book this room last minute and it was amazing! Check in was so quick the room was clean and the area around the hotel had lots of shopping and dining options. Finally, it was also very close to the stadium! Great place, would stay again!

The hotel was okay, it needs an update. The people next door to us were so loud, my husband and I were awake all night after our flight. The staff was wonderful, we dealt with the same person everytime and she was very accommodating and sweet. Beds were not comfortable either. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

The area is excellent - safe and vibrant.

We were first given one room and the cleaning crew had not finished cleaning it yet. We alerted the staff immediately and they were so accommodating and pleasant We had a new room in no time. Again they were nice, helpful and polite.

Even though it is a smoke free hotel, our bathroom did smell of cigarettes.
