Loved the location to the beach

The keypad on the ocean side didn’t work properly

The hotel is beachfront and beach access was just at the end of our corridor, very adequate parking and the staff (front desk agent) was VERY friendly & helpful.

The pool was closed even though it was advertised as open on Booking.com. We walked into our room to find one of the stove burners on. There wasn't any hand soap or body was in the dispensers in the bathroom. The beds were sandy and had some hair upon check in.

It wasn't clean the was poop on the door trim in bathroom and we didn't have a shower curtain and waited 2 hours to receive one broken drawers in the kitchen and only had 2 sets of silver wear and no knives and they put a note on my car saying not to throw cigarettes in the parking lot and I dont even smoke

The layout of the room was good The Access to the beach is awesome and the pool is as well. It's easy to get to and close to the good eating places.
